When you contact us through this site (for example the "Book a pilot" form), we process the details you provide: name, company, email address and your message. We use them for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if we both choose to continue, preparing a pilot together. Providing this information is voluntary; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you initiate.

This site has no form backend. When you submit the contact form, your browser opens a prefilled email to heikki@hausfuchs.com in your own email app. Nothing is sent or stored until you press send, and your enquiry then arrives as ordinary email to Hausfuchs, processed by our email provider.

The site itself is hosted by Lovable, which serves the pages you visit.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and this site does not use tracking cookies.

The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage; this never leaves your device.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 12 months.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to the processing, and request restriction. Write to heikki@hausfuchs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
